As someone who has a few friends in this LGBTQ group, I understand the importance of our support to the LGBTQ community. This is why I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Starbucks actually supports LGBT rights. LGBTQ rights. In the past three decades, Starbucks is a major supporter of those in the LGBTQ community. 

The company has adopted powerful corporate policies to provide that everyone is in a welcoming environment. However, however, there have been instances in which the acceptance of LGBT rights LGBTQ community has been proven to be more of a talk than a reality. This article provides a comprehensive review of the corporate environment within the Starbucks community to see whether they actually believe in LGBTQ rights.
